ACCOMMODATION
If you are looking for self-catering accommodation in Studland, Mimosa cottage is a delightful detached bungalow with spacious living accommodation for up to eight people. It is comfortably furnished and centrally heated and suitable all year round. It is surrounded by secluded and secure spacious gardens with a summerhouse and garden furniture. There is off road parking for three cars.

The cottage has an open plan kitchen/dining room and separate lounge. The lounge is very light and airy with doors with access to the beautiful secluded gardens and decked area. The spacious lounge is a great place to unwind at the end of the day. It has an attractive log effect gas stove. The cottage has TV with Freeview and DVD player. There is also the Long Room which is open plan and goes into the main living room at the far end, and double doors half way down, into the dining room. It houses a couple of chairs and a table, and a Games Box with games for all ages. Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome on request. We cannot accept certain breeds. Ask host for their dog policy.
LIVING
EATING
An ample and functional traditional style kitchen with generous work surfaces, stainless steel sink, double oven, four burner gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. All kitchen basics and laundry products are provided for use during your stay.
The kitchen links to a dining area with traditional large farmhouse style dining table that seats eight, there's a French dresser and bookcase with a range of books and useful information such as maps and brochures of local places to visit. There is also a high chair provided.
SLEEPING
Every care has been taken to ensure the rooms are comfortable and calm for a restful night’s sleep. There is a master bedroom with en-suite, a second double bedroom; a twin bedroom with 3ft beds and a further bedroom with adult size bunk beds. Each of the bedrooms is provided with bed linen and towels, and a hair dryer. A travel cot is also provided but not the bed linen for the travel cot.
BATHING
The master bedroom has a shower room, with wash basin and wc and there is a family bathroom with a bath and shower over, wash basin and wc.
GARDEN
Mimosa Cottage has a beautiful private garden with decking and patio featuring a round solid wood table and chairs. Adjacent is a picturesque summerhouse.
The garden has ample secure lawned areas along with mature shrub and
flower beds.
In addition to parking a car at the front of the cottage there is car parking for an additional two cars at the rear of the Cottage.
